Alfred J. Lojo is an associate in the firm’s transaction department where he concentrates in real estate, taxation, corporate law, business transactions, probate, and estate planning. He provides a detailed yet practical approach when assisting clients with complex matters ranging from real estate development to the purchase or sale of a business. Alfred also frequently works with clients to design and implement strategies to carry out their estate planning or asset protection objectives. Andrew M. Spencer focuses primarily on civil litigation. He practices in state and federal court and frequently litigates business and commercial disputes, labor and employment matters and a variety of breach of contract claims. He also uses his litigation experience to help clients evaluate and manage risk and he frequently advises clients on compliance with employment laws and regulations.
