Clark Partington is pleased to announce that attorney Bailey Howard has achieved Board Certification in Appellate Practice by The Florida Bar, a distinction that recognizes attorneys who have demonstrated special knowledge, skills, and proficiency in a particular area of law, as well as professionalism and ethics in practice.
Board certification is The Florida Bar’s highest level of evaluation of an attorney’s competency and experience within a specialty area and requires substantial appellate experience, peer review, continuing legal education, and successful completion of a rigorous examination.
In addition, Bailey has been selected to serve a three-year term on the Executive Council of The Florida Bar Appellate Practice Section. The Executive Council provides leadership and guidance for the section and supports the advancement of appellate practice throughout Florida.
This appointment marks a return to the Council for Bailey, who previously served from 2021 to 2024 while also contributing to the section through various committee leadership and membership roles.
These accomplishments reflect Bailey’s dedication to appellate advocacy, professional excellence, and service to Florida’s legal community. We congratulate him on these well-earned achievements and look forward to his continued contributions to the appellate bar.
