TALLAHASSEE, FL –
Clark Partington is delighted to welcome attorney Bailey Howard to the firm’s Tallahassee office. Bailey’s practice focuses on appellate litigation and trial support; commercial litigation; business and corporate law; and real estate.
As a Destin native and graduate of FSU College of Law, Bailey is no stranger to the Florida Panhandle. Prior to joining Clark Partington, he gained valuable experience as a judicial clerk to Florida Supreme Court Justice Jorge Labarga and later to U.S. District Judge Mark Walker of the Northern District of Florida; and interestingly, before he decided to pursue a career in law, Bailey honed his expertise as a wine expert and sommelier, including as the Corporate Wine Director for McGuire’s.
In his spare time, Bailey enjoys an array of exciting outdoor activities such as rock climbing, cycling, hiking, and kayaking. Also an avid reader, he is particularly fond of historical and biographical genres.
Join us in extending a warm welcome to Bailey!
