Clark Partington is pleased to announce that Shareholder Megan Fry has been named Department Head of the Commercial Litigation practice group. As head of the Commercial Litigation department, Megan will oversee 15 attorneys handling business and real estate litigation, environmental and land use, governmental relations, shareholder disputes, intellectual property disputes, marital and family law and appeals.
Megan has extensive experience representing title insurers and their insureds, real estate owners, individuals and financial institutions in all types of litigation matters, including real property disputes, title liability and commercial real estate defaults. For her excellence in legal advocacy, Megan has been recognized as a Florida Super Lawyer.
When she is not advocating for her clients, Megan serves on the Board of Directors for both the Children’s Home Society of Florida – Western Division and NAIOP of Northwest Florida.
