Professional Experience:
Will Stokes is a member of the firm’s commercial litigation department. He concentrates his practice in the areas of real property litigation, land use and zoning, environmental law, and creditors’ rights. He regularly represents homeowners’ associations, developers and private landowners in beach access disputes and related litigation matters. He also has experience in complex commercial foreclosures and other loan enforcement matters, as well as in commercial landlord-tenant litigation.
Will was born and raised in the small town of Brewton, Alabama. He graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Alabama, where he doubled majored in history and political science. He earned his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law. In his free time, Will enjoys hunting, fishing and travel.
