Professional Experience:

Rachel Adams is an associate attorney in the Firm’s Pensacola office. Her practice areas include general litigation, employment law, and personal injury and products liability.

Born and raised in Milton, Florida, Rachel holds a B.S. in Legal Studies from the University of West Florida and a J.D. from Cumberland School of Law.

During her time in law school, Rachel proudly served as a member of The American Journal of Trial Advocacy, a law review edited and published by students at Cumberland School of Law since 1977.

Additionally, Rachel exhibited a remarkable work ethic and a thirst for practical experience. One of the defining moments in her education was the opportunity to clerk for the honorable Judge Jim Hughey, III of the 10th Judicial Circuit of Alabama. This invaluable experience allowed her to witness the judicial process firsthand, gaining a deep appreciation for the importance of a fair and just legal system. Prior to joining Clark Partington, Rachel additionally honed her legal skills and broadened her horizons by working for various personal injury firms, a securities firm, and a family law firm.
