Professional Experience:

Marcela Fishbein is an associate attorney in the Firm’s Pensacola office. Her practice areas include commercial, real property, and insurance litigation as well as business transactions.

Marcela was born and raised in South Florida. She earned her B.S. in Neuroscience, with University and Neuroscience Department honors, from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. Making her way back to Florida, Marcela graduated magna cum laude with her J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law.

Throughout law school, Marcela served as a judicial intern for Judge Casey Rodgers in Pensacola, Florida and Magistrate Judge Martin Valbuena in Paulding County, Georgia. She also participated in several Mergers and Acquisitions competitions. She has been the recipient of several awards including the Cuban American Bar Association Award, Foundation for Women Lawyer’s Award, and the Stoops Family Fellowship.

Marcela also brings to the Firm her diverse experiences, including work as a research analyst for the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and Applied Physics Lab, which give her a unique perspective and understanding of the medical field.

In her spare time, Marcela enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering with the FSU Children’s Advocacy Clinic, spending time with family, and staying active.
