Professional Experience:

Jeremy’s 18 years of litigation experience and position on the Executive Council of the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar has allowed him to work with lawyers and professionals across the state, in nearly every practice area. He is well informed of the issues and challenges of litigation. His current roles with the Florida Bar include serving as the First Circuit’s Representative on the Board of Governors and on the Executive Council of the Trial Lawyers Section. In his role on the Board of Governors, Jeremy serves on the Audit Committee (Vice Chair), Budget Committee, Rules Committee, and as Board Liaison to the Advertising Committee. He is also the Designated Reviewer for the First Circuit’s two grievance committees and unlicensed practice of law committees.

Jeremy’s litigation practice involves jury trials and judge trials in federal and state courts. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and Alabama. He was President of the Escambia Santa Rosa Bar Association for the 2012-2013 term and is a former member of the Escambia Santa Rosa Bar Association Executive Council, serving from 2009-2016. Jeremy handles an array of civil litigation matters including employment law with a focus on covenants not to compete, restrictive covenants, professional negligence, construction litigation, insurance litigation, products liability, and personal injury.

Jeremy is an AV rated attorney and in 2012 and 2016, he was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Florida Super Lawyers magazine, a designation awarded to no more than 2.5% of the lawyers statewide.
