Professional Experience:
Jason has a broad based civil trial practice heavily devoted to representing clients in personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice claims. Jason has tried numerous injury cases to verdict. He believes that his experience having represented both plaintiffs and defendants provides his clients the best perspective to evaluate claims and implement a winning strategy.
Jason also has years of experience litigating catastrophic property damage claims. He has guided owners of residential and commercial properties through the complex web of property insurance. He has resolved claims resulting from Hurricanes Ivan and Dennis, as well as catastrophic tornadoes and flooding that have impacted the Northwest Florida region. Jason has also served as an umpire for the insurance appraisal process.
Jason handles contract disputes, construction defect claims and employment related maters. He has tried cases before judges and juries as lead trial counsel, is admitted in all Florida State courts and is a Certified Mediator. Jason also practices before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
