Glenn E. Lovett is a shareholder in the firm’s transaction department. His practice areas include business law and health law. Glenn’s business and corporate practice focuses on asset (or stock) sales and acquisitions, private placements, corporate formation and governance, intellectual property, and contract drafting and review. His health law practice focuses on providing guidance to practitioners, group practices, clinical study organizations, and regulated facilities on various state and federal issues, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA), the “Stark” law, the “Anti-kickback” statute, Medicare, Medicaid, and relevant portions of the federal and state False Claims Acts. Regardless of the size of the matter, Glenn understands each legal issue is of the utmost importance to that client and he treats each as a priority.
A longtime resident of northwest Florida, Glenn and his wife returned home to Pensacola after law school. When Glenn is not helping clients, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and investing in our vibrant, growing community.
