Keith Bell is a shareholder with over 15 years of experience in Clark Partington’s banking and litigation practice groups. He focuses on commercial, construction, bankruptcy, real estate and title insurance, and probate litigation, as well as governmental affairs and administrative law. Keith represents national, regional and local financial institutions and title insurance companies as well as individuals and closely held companies in a wide array of litigation and transactional matters. He consistently applies a results-oriented approach to his trial work, transactions, and to governmental affairs that is both aggressive and efficient in order to avoid waste and unnecessary cost.

Anastasia D. Stull focuses her practice on the representation of banks, corporate clients, and individuals in regulatory, consumer compliance, and corporate governance matters, including cannabis law. She brings her 20 years of financial services experience to the Gulf coast after spending the majority of her career in private practice and consulting serving clients in the banking, mortgage and securities industries in Washington, DC. Anastasia is a dynamic, results-oriented professional whose depth and breadth of experience allows her to provide strategic advice, in addition to offering practical solutions. Her financial services and corporate clients benefit from her belief that it is important to serve as their trusted advisor and counselor at law.
