Doug is a problem solver who focuses his commercial, bankruptcy, and real estate litigation practice on finding solutions. Doug handles insolvency matters, distressed business situations and special asset cases across the state of Florida and the United States. Doug is an officer in the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar, serving on the Section’s Executive Council, as well as numerous other local, statewide, and national organizations. In 2017, Doug led the American Cancer Society’s Real Men Wear Pink Campaign, by raising over $14,000 to support victims of breast cancer, in 2018 he was named emerging business leader of the year by the Pensacola Chamber, and in 2019, he was named Member of the Year by the Business Law Section.
