PENSACOLA (January 7, 2019): Clark Partington is pleased to welcome Anastasia Davis Stull who joins the firm as a senior attorney in its Transactional Department. Tasia brings two decades of experience to the firm and represents individual and corporate clients in a wide range of industries including banking, mortgage, securities and business transactions.

Her previous experience working in Washington, DC included serving as Senior Regulatory Counsel for the Consumer Bankers Association focusing on regulatory and compliance matters impacting large retail banks. She spent the majority of her career in private practice, most recently at the leading law firm Buckley Sandler LLP, and also held several senior positions with prominent consulting firms in Washington, DC and New York, NY. Tasia worked in-house in the General Counsel’s office of Merrill Lynch International Bank’s Global Private Client group in London, UK and began her career at the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement.
Her leadership in the financial services community also includes serving as the President and General Counsel of Women in Housing & Finance, Inc. among her seven years of service on its board.
Tasia earned a Masters of Law in Securities & Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center, a Juris Doctor with honors from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law School and a Bachelor of Arts with honors from University of South Alabama. She is licensed to practice law in Florida and Washington, DC, and is a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar.
