Keith L. Bell named Chair of The Florida Bar Business Law Section’s Business Litigation Committee

On June 27, Clark Partington Shareholder and business litigation attorney, Keith Bell, was named Chair of The Florida Bar Business Law Section’s Business Litigation Committee.  The Business Litigation Committee includes Florida-licensed attorneys whose practices focus on the litigation of disputes arising from commercial and business relationships. The members’ diverse practice areas range within the realm of business litigation.  The committee includes attorneys from large and small firms as well as solo practitioners. Keith will work with the committee to organized seminars and other activities of interest to business litigators.

Keith Bell is a shareholder practicing in Clark Partington’s commercial, construction, real estate, intellectual property and probate litigation practice groups as well as the medical marijuana practice group.  He focuses on complex commercial contract and construction litigation, bankruptcy litigation, real estate and title insurance litigation and probate litigation as well as governmental affairs and administrative law related to controlled substances, including medical cannabis.  Keith represents national, regional and local financial institutions and title insurance companies as well as individuals and closely held companies in a wide array of litigation and transactional matters and believes in taking a results oriented approach to trial work and governmental affairs work that is both aggressive and efficient in order to avoid waste and unnecessary cost.
