Scott A. Remington is an AV rated attorney, SuperLawyer, Legal Elite and shareholder at Clark Partington, and practices in the areas of Real Property & Probate Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Business and Banking, Sports Law, and Shareholders Disputes. Between 2013-2022, Remington served as President and Managing Shareholder of the firm. In that role, he was responsible for day-to-day oversight of the firm’s offices and approximately 90 employees stretching across the Gulf Coast region.
Scott currently serves as General Legal Counsel for Triumph Gulf Coast, Inc. and for the Pensacola Blue Wahoos. Additionally, Scott serves on Florida State University College of Law’s Alumni Association’s Board of Directors.
