Pensacola, FL –
At last week’s annual meeting of the Florida Bar Construction Law Institute held in Orlando, FL, Bruce D. Partington, a shareholder with the Clark Partington law firm, was honored with the Institute’s 2023 Lifetime Achievement Award. Each year, the Institute recognizes one Florida construction lawyer for “his or her lifetime of exemplary dedication and mentoring, and their commitment to maintaining the very highest level of professional reputation and integrity.” This special honor was magnified for Bruce when his father and Firm founder, Don H. Partington, was invited to be the surprise presenter of the award at the ceremony.
“The Firm is very proud of Bruce’s accomplishments and we congratulate him on receiving this well-deserved and exceptional recognition from the Construction Law Institute,” Firm President Alan Manning said. ”Bruce is truly an exceptional lawyer and all of us here at the Firm are proud to be his colleague.”
Attending and representing Clark Partington at the ceremony were: (pictured L-R) Shareholder Will Dunaway; Karen Manning & Firm President Alan Manning; Vaughan Hedrick & Firm Founder Don Partington; award recipient and Shareholder Bruce Partington and his wife Beth; Shareholder Doug Bates, and Shareholder and former Firm President Scott A.
