Pensacola, FL –
Last Friday, a team of Clark Partington trial lawyers led by Mike Schofield and Jason Peterson had the privilege of representing a radiology medical practice that has been servicing the Panama City and greater Bay County area since 1958. On October 10, 2018, Hurricane Michael roared ashore severely damaging their buildings and significantly impacting their ability to provide necessary medical services to the local hospitals and citizens of Bay County. As a result, the practice lost Business Income and incurred Extra Expenses that were covered by their insurance policy. Despite providing timely notice of the loss and cooperating with every request of the insurance company, the company refused to timely pay the full amount of what was due to the practice under the policy. Clark Partington was privileged to file suit on the practice’s behalf and the jury awarded a verdict of $3,959, 979.00, every penny of what was claimed back in 2019.
The Clark Partington trial team included attorneys Mike Schofield, Jason Peterson and Kia Goldsmith, along with Certified Electronic Discovery Specialist Christine Moore, Paralegal Anne Hallecy and Legal Assistants Tracy Torrez and Brittany Wilkerson. Way to go team!!!
