PENSACOLA (March 27, 2019): Douglas A. Bates will present “Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Seminar” in partnership with the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association on March 29, 2019. Along with speakers Jodi D. Dubose (Stichter, Riedel, Blain, Postler), Amy Denton Harris (Stichter, Riedel, Blain & Postler), and Jeffrey J. Hartley (Helmsing, Leach, Herlong, Newman & Rouse), the seminar will present an overview of Chapter 11 bankruptcy, including commercial versus personal Chapter 11 bankruptcy, practice pointers, and alternatives to Chapter 11. Hosted at the Institute for Human and Machine Cognition (40 South Alcaniz Street, Pensacola), this seminar offers 2.5 general CLE credit.
