Megan Fry and Will Dunaway recognized by NAIOP Northwest Florida

 

 

PENSACOLA, Florida – NAIOP (National Association for Industrial and Office Parks), is a national organization of developers, owners and investors of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate. Boasting over 19,000 members, it offers advocacy, education and business opportunities through a powerful North American network.  NAIOP’s Northwest Florida chapter, held its annual awards banquet on January 25, 2018 where it awarded several top regional performers, including two Clark Partington Shareholders.  Clark Partington business litigator, Megan Fry was recognized as NAIOP NW Florida’s Developing Leader of the Year; Clark Partington Environmental & Land Use attorney, Will Dunaway, was recognized as NAIOP NW Florida’s Member of the Year.

Other awards included:

Distinguished Member, Bo Johnson,  for demonstrating outstanding commitment, passion for the commercial real estate industry, and an unparallel dedication to NAIOP.

Deal of the YearBilly Lovelace and Bobby Switzer, for the Trustmark / Fisher Brown Bottrell Building Lease, a deal that required creativity, flexibility and perseverance to structure and meet client goals.

New Development Office Class, Baptist Medical Park-Airport Location, for its creativity and innovation, with a significant impact on the community by creating new jobs or generating other development in the area.

New Development Industrial Class, Cape Horn Marine,  for brining in new industry and creating new local jobs; this is also a development that has impacted the community by raising the standard for industrial construction.

Re-Development of the Year, Bodacious Brew/ Bodacious Olive (runner up:  Interstate Office Plaza 1 & 2), for transforming and renovating a development into something entirely different, and developing it into a facility that now has a greater positive impact on the surrounding community and displays an original and resourceful design.
