William D. Stokes (J.D., Alabama School of Law; B.A., University of Alabama), is a member of Clark Partington’s Environmental and Land Use Law department, where he focuses on real property litigation, land use and zoning, environmental law, and creditors’ rights. He regularly represents homeowners’ associations, developers and private landowners in beach access disputes and related litigation matters.
Trevor A. Thompson (J.D.
