Daniel Harrell sheds light on new overtime regulations

On December 1, the U.S. Department of Labor will update the regulations that determine which salaried employees are exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act’s minimum wage and overtime pay protection.  Clark Partington shareholder, Daniel Harrell recently spoke on Pensacola Speaks, 1370AM, to explain the details.  Click here to listen to the podcast.
