On May 17, 2016, attorneys Jeremy Branning and Daniel Harrell secured a defense jury verdict for a large local business in a case brought by a former employee alleging that our client breached an employment contract by failing to pay a “salary guarantee.” After a two-day jury trial, the jury returned a verdict finding that our client had not breached its employment agreement with the plaintiff. On July 5, 2016, the Court denied Plaintiff’s Motion for a New Trial.
