We are thrilled to announce our new name, Clark Partington, and the launch of our new website, ClarkPartington.com. After a months-long strategic organization development process, we are honoring the history and heritage of our firm’s past through this organic re-brand initiative, while simultaneously forging Clark Partington’s present and future success.
“For four decades, our firm has passed down knowledge and skill not only of legal matter, but of history and hospitality,” says Scott Remington, current President and managing shareholder of Clark Partington. “We are proud of who we are, where we come from and what our name stands for. We want to preserve the belief that genuine law counsel and good citizenship make a difference. Maintaining our core spirit is vital to us and our success, and we will continue to give back through our personal and collective time, talent, and treasure.”
In 1976, Bill Clark, Don Partington, Bob Hart and Chris Hart created our firm with the vision of a client-centric business model and fully collaborative internal team. Inspired by the idea that people can do more together than separately, they saw an opportunity to organize differently—with each partner taking ownership not only in the company, but in personal responsibility and accountability in delivering personalized service. In the 1980s, like-minded lawyers Dennis Larry, Bill Bond and Harry Stackhouse joined the original four men, further cementing this philosophy—which is still evident today.
For forty years, we have been Northwest Florida’s preeminent law firm—and strive to continue being trusted legal advisors for our community as we turn the page to this next chapter of our firm. We move forward with the same unwavering values that our founders have instilled in us, doing the right thing, at the right time, the right way—for every client we serve.
We Are Clark Partington.
