On February 26, 2015, Michael J. Schofield presented a talk on Regulatory Awareness for the Florida Law Alliance along with Johnny Sarber of Marks Gray. The course discussed current regulatory entities and licensing requirements in the State of Florida. The presentation explained Florida’s applicable legislation and case law regarding important issues such as licensing termination, duties, advertising and record keeping.
