Professional Experience:
William E. Bond, Jr. has a broad based civil litigation practice. His primary practice has focused on representing lenders in all types of litigation, including mortgage and security interest lien foreclosures, lender liability defense, and bankruptcy. His probate litigation practice includes the representation of personal representatives, beneficiaries, and creditors. In business organization disputes, Bill regularly handles a variety of matters including shareholder derivative cases and entity dissolutions. He has extensive experience in real property litigation including representing title insurance companies and their insureds. He also acts as an arbitrator and is a certified civil mediator.
Bill served in the U.S. Navy as a Lieutenant from 1968 to 1973.
Bill is admitted to The Florida Bar, All Florida State Courts, U.S. Court of Appeal- Eleventh Circuit, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Florida.
