Professional Experience:

Kirby practices law by giving sound, yet practical, legal advice to his clients—all while doing his best to be readily available to his clients. His practice areas include commercial and residential real estate transactions and real estate development. Kirby is board certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in real estate law.

Prior to joining Clark Partington, Kirby served as senior counsel for The St. Joe Company. He was also associated with the law firm of Rushton, Stakely, Johnston & Garrett in Montgomery, Alabama.

During his spare time, Kirby enjoys turkey hunting, coaching youth sports and spending time with his wife and children. He and his family also enjoy serving with the Twelve Churches Mission in Nicaragua.

Kirby is licensed to practice in Florida and Alabama.
